SOHC low idle

Hey guys, tonight i had started my car, let it warm up like i always do and then as a was driving i noticed when i had the clutch in or it was in neutral it would fall to an idle just below about 500rpms give or take and would vibrate the care slightly, deffinatly not where it should be.then if i let it idle a little bit it would rise back up to normal idle. i had no radio on or fans or AC or the heater, just lights. this has happened one day before i while back, but only once or twice in the whole day, but it happened everytime i would let it today. any ideas what could be going on?
thanks

Re: SOHC low idle

Yes the IAC is identical between the SOHC, DOHC, TT and even some DSM's
