Windshield Wiper Problem

I put my wipers on without clearing the snow off the w/shield , now the wipers work but stay in the up position when off. Is there an adjustment at the motor to correct this problem? Thanks in advance car is a 2005 A4

ya know it's really pathetic that no one can answer a simple question. Going to sell this chit can and get another MBenz

seems a s tho Audi has a shaft without a key way just splines and they slip while under pressure. Undid the bolt set the wipers in place , tightened the bolt and put the $165 in my pocket and said thanks. The Stealership lost out.
