need hepl!
i need a anti-theft code for my civics cd player, can anyone hepl me? my battery died so when i replaced my battery the stereo wont work an asking for a code. here are my info if someone can hepl me.

I've had this happen to me also. You have two options. 1.) Take all that info. you have to your local Honda dealer and ask them very politely to retrieve the code for you. OR 2.) Go to Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. and buy an aftermarket CD player and install it yourself. I chose option 2. The one I bought is better than the factory unit anyway and was easy to install. Just remember to buy a new wire harness and adapter plate for your new unit. I've heard that some dealers will give you the code for free and that others charge upwards of $100 for it. Try option 1 first and if they want too much, go to option 2. I'm sure this isn't the quick fix you were hoping for, but it is what it is. Good luck.
