Dodge durango hemi 2004 codes p0700 p0171 p0174

well i had a code come up on the check engine thursday. It was P071 and P074 which is oxygen sensors. its still under warrenty. so i took it to the dealer friday and they had the car all day. when i got it back it they said they reprogrammed the sensors. okay so i drove it that night and the sensors came back on. same codes P0171 and P0174. So i called them and they told me bring it back on monday. so sunday i was driving and came to a stop light and it almost stalled out on me at the light. i gave it a little gas so it wouldnt stall out. then i pulled over checked the codes again. same codes but another new one came up also. P0171, P0174, and P0700 which is the Transmission Control System Malfunction. im sure its covered as well. but do u think its coming up because of the previous problem not being taken care of properly. I knew they should have changed the sensros instead of reprogramming them. what do u think will be the outcome.
