Uhhh?
Ok so when i am in a gear usually happens in 3rd or 5th and i floor it, you can hear the turbo spool quikly but small in any movement on the rpm's.

Whether or not the turbo is spooled depends mostly on load on the engine. If I getting what you are saying, when you are cruising and you floor it, it build boost very quickly with minimal RPM changes right? Its fine, thats how a turbo is supposed to work. It happens in lower RPM's in higher gears... for example in my 90 TSI AWD with a big 16g I was in 5th on the highway going up a hill. I floor it and had full boost by 2500rpms whereas I get full boost more like 3000 on flat ground in 3rd.
