Cool front end troubles?

Hi all, about 3 weeks ago i changed the disc brakes (front) on my 2005 dodge neon. i thought all went well, exept for lately when i stop at a stoplight , then accelerate it clunks down in my driver side tire area.I also noticed that when car is parked i can grab the tire and wiggle it without steering wheel and make clunk noise. when i did the brakes there was a "lock washer type" ring on one of the lags that the lug nuts go on, is it important to put that back on, because we left it off cuz we had to pry it off. any feedback would be great thanks

Re: front end troubles?

I think the 'lockwasher' type ring on the stud was just to hold the rotor in place when the wheel wasnt on it. Once the wheel is on I dont see why it would be needed. Was probably necessary during assembly of the rotor/caliper/pads.
