Nubira gasoline smell

I drive a 2000 Daewoo with 93,000 miles on the odometer. Because of cold weather, after I start the car, I let it idel for 10 minutes or more to melt ice from the windshield. Lately, I have noticed a strong gasoline odor inside the car. What is the cause and cure?
