My 2000 Neon will not start.... please help

My gas lines froze a few weeks ago. I tired starting my car since then and for a while i was getting like it wanted to start. then my brother in law came to help me and he was trying to start it and didnt get anywheres.
Now when i go try and start it again theres nothing. I still have lights and things like that but the car wont even make a noice while i try starting it.
I thought maybe the starter but Im not really sure.???... so if anyone could please help me out and let me know what u think it might be???

did u try to jump it ...that happn to me too, but what i did was i took the battery inside to warm up...then later took it out and jumpd it..it started ..my lights were on and all that to , jus like what u said..but if that don't work then could be sumthin else

Yeah I went and bought a new battery and still nothing! I think it needs a starter~ I just wasnt really sure cuz other ppl have been tellin me different! Thanks

well it could anything..most what maybe a starter...alternator.?
