Stripping Krylon
Does anyone have experience stripping Krylon paint? (I think it is the fusion, but it's sprayed over primer).
I've had success with most paints and alcohol, but never had much success with the brake fluid. You gotta love when a "quick fix" turns into a botched paint job.

Re: Stripping Krylon
Try Castrol Super Clean or Purple Power degreaser - they both work.
Wear gloves!

Re: Stripping Krylon
Easy Off oven Cleaner(Yellow can ONLY!) and 91% alcohol will also work.

I've used the generic blue oven cleaner, and honestly, I don't think that crap would get anything clean, including my oven!!! |

I think Krylon is an Acrylic Enamel.

Re: Stripping Krylon
CSC/PP is caustic cleaner/degreaser, and it is much safer on plastic than brake fluid. Or rather, it is safe for plastic, where brake fluid isn't. It should do the trick nicely for Krylon enamel.
