Why would my car stall when idle?

Hello, I own a 91 pontiac grand prix and I have already put a lot of work into it. I want to know why it would stall when I come to a stop. Is changing all the fuel injectors worth the expense. The Check Engine light isn't on though.
Please reply.

Welcome to AF

IF the car chugs then stalls, it's probably a sticking TCC solenoid not unlocking the torque converter.

If it just quits running, I would say it's either an ECM or crank sensor issue.

Have you run it out of gas at all? the fuel pumps will make the car idle rough die sometimes as your problem is, and also miss a little when you go to take off. just a thought
