Radiator question

Help. I have a '96 2wd suburban w/350 engine. Steam is seeping out from the spot where the transmission cooler tube attaches to the radiator. Can this be repaired or do I need to replace the radiator?

Is it a plastic tank on it?
If so replace the rad.
