for a 300zx v6 non turbo can it be possibly find a turbo kit??? and if its possible would it be worth it????

Yes there are plenty of places and shops that can do conversions. You should do a little more searching before you post a question like that.

not worth it...just do a complete Twin Turbo swap or sell the NA and buy a TT.
