P1506

I have an 99 Ford Escort Se. I have a OBD II code P1506 that comes on all the time but the thing is I've already replaced the IAC 3x's but the problem still occurs, but every now and than it wants to stall. What could cause this?

Thanks I found out that it was a PCV Leak right at it.
