Japanese bike magazine help

Hi guys,

I need help regarding this issue of Bikers Station.

I have found their site http://bikers-station.com/official_website.html but it is in Japanese only and I can not even figure out how to contact them and buy this issue. If anyone have some link to the store or E-mail address that I could contact them, please let me know.
Thanks.

Re: Japanese bike magazine help

If I were living in Japan, I would have helped you, but unfortunately I'm not.

Normally, I'd go to Amazon japan (www.amazon.co.jp), but the issue is sold out, and they stopped the economy air, so everything costs several thousand yen to send overseas.

FYI, the issue in question is available from the publisher, but you have to find someone who lives in Japan and read and write Japanese, so the person can handle the payment and international shipping.

The issue is 880 yen + 160 yen by postal mail (or 840 yen by the commercial delivery service up to 4 issues, and 1200 yen for 5 issues and more).
They accept cash in the registered envelope, Japanese postal money order, COD by e-mail, phone or fax, or Credit Card (only by phone or fax with the order of 2000 yen or higher).

The money transfer fee can cost 400-600 yen, and the international shipping could be more than 1000 yen, so you should expect the price range of 3000-4000 yen just to obtain one back issue, which might actually make Amazon's hefty shipping cost sound acceptable. After all, Amazon Japan accepts credit card, and the checkout can be done in English.

Re: Japanese bike magazine help

I am in Japan and could get in touch with them.

I do not know much about the bike/team/rider although if it also is Japanese based then I can get in touch with the team and also see if I can get something for you.

Let me know VIA PM or email

Re: Japanese bike magazine help

Thank you Hiroaki and Aaron, I even tried the Amazon and saw they don't have it. The funniest thing is that I checked a lot of shops in US that sell Japanese magazines and none of them have Bikers Station.
Never the less Aaron I am sending you an e-mail, thank you for your kind offer.

That kit makes the jaw drop. I'm banging my head at the top ov the envy scale at this one. I think it will be sensation of the year just to watch it being built.
