car dieing at low gas

i have a 94-97 accord.i have a problem,when my car is at low gas(but light not shining yet)the car well die if making a complete stop.but as soon as you crank it over,it well start up fine and go again..im not too sure what it could be.any idea of what's wrong with it??

I would assume your gauge is not calibrated correctly. The easy fix would be fill up when your gauge's needle approaches that nasty E
