2001 engine misfires accelrating after 3 min.from cold

2001 toyota tacoma 2.4 ltr. man. trans. 2wd. manual locks windows.

My background is, 28 years of electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.

Ok,It started missfireing 3 weeks ago, sat all weekend, monday morning 32 deg. very wet outside. After great lenths of troubleshooting. there are no computer malfunction codes. (one does show up ( multiple random missfires) effect, not the cause). Ohmed throttle position sensor..no flat spots, ohmed computer temp sensor..400 ohms at aprox. 180 deg. Changed MAP/ITS prematurely (my bad $160 later).

However, start the cold engine, runs great, accelerates normal..for aprox. 3 min. Then misfires as you say start from a stop lite (badly) runs fine at say 2500 RPM and over. Oh ya. The misfiring start's exactly when the EVAP kicks in.

I've talked to alot of mechanics and they will not shead light on my situation.
One guy says machanical, Including grounds with mechanical (that's still electrical) no noise, nothing out of the ordenary.

Everything is new and fairly clean.

So, what do you think?
