95 blazer trouble starting
My girlfriend has a 95 blazer thats having troubles starting, I dont know if its the starter, or another issue...
When trying to turn the engine over, It trys to but it just "whirs" Its had to describe, but its almost like the starter is spinning, but not engaging. Sometimes it will start first try, sometimes, the 3rd try. It makes the "clunk, whirrrrrr" sound when it doesnt start. Could it possibly be fuel related? or should I just try replacing the starter and see what happens? |

Re: 95 blazer trouble starting
Make sure battery is full charge and cabels good.
If the starter runs and does not turn the engine it is the starter drive. Which can be replaced but if. If high mileage on starter i would replace the starter. MT
