I have a 94 F150 with the I6 engine. The oil pan is very rusted. Is this something that can be replaced easily on these trucks? Also, where would I be able to locate the fuel filter?

I suggest you buy a Haynes manual. The Haynes manual gives good step by step instructions for replacing the oil pan with engine in vehicle. I wouldn't exactly call it easy. Depending on what tools you have and your level of mechanical expertise, you can decide if you wan't to do it yourself, after reading that section in the Haynes repair manual.
