Cleaning removed fuel injectors yourself?
Does anyone know if you can buy or rent a fuel injector cleaning pump/tool? I have heard there is one that you put solvent in and hand pump it but don't know where to find one.
I have mine out for a rebuild and thought I'd try cleaning them. Thanks, Josh |

Re: Cleaning removed fuel injectors yourself?
I never heard of a pump type. CTA 3370 Tool and CTA 3360 Tool will clean injectors. An independent shop can give you a quote. Use yahoo search and type in what number tool you want and the price will come up.
http://www.ntxtools.com/ sells OTC injector cleaners. |
