Unhappy Wont start

I have 99 saturn sl2. I didnt use it for a week. tried starting it but cranks strongly but wont turn over. battery look s strong. when i try to start makes a clicking noise all my indicator lights on the dash flashes and the fuel guage drops to zero and when i release the key the fuel gauge comes back up to indicate the correct amount of fuel. any ideas why? and why does the fuel indicator drop when i try to start? havent had any problems prior to this. has 116000 miles.
any input is welcome
thanks

Check for spark at the coil towers follwing this video:

If you see no spark, you need a Crankshaft Position Sensor
