Turn signal relay

A friend of mine just bought a 94 Jeep Grand Cherokee and needs to know in the relay box which relay is for the turn signals? We live in a remote area and he doesn't have access to a manual at this time.
Please, He says it would be in the owners manual, can't you look for us?

Is the relay clincking or not? If it is clicking and only one side of your turn signals work then check your light bulbs. Most likely one buld is out. If you have no clicking then first check your fuse in your fuse panel. If your fuse is good and you need a relay, the relay center is in the bottom of your glove box. Clean out your glove box and the bottom panel comes out.
