I recently purchased a 2008 M35x from a dealership in Arizona because I was there on a business course. Our partnership has purchased 2 infinitis over the last several years in Calgary. After calling the Calgary dealership we were told that service for this vehicle would be given but only if there was nothing else waiting and not to hold our breath. They also quoted a very high fee to insert the switch for running lights. Has anyone had similar disrespect? What should I do about it? Also my Ipod feature is not working-may be the cable-any ideas? Thanks!
