Where exactly is that hanging? Is it hissing... always, only in drive?

Is everything working in the Climate Control system... vents, air flows and temperatures?

Does the parking brake release in Drive?

It most likely goes to a vac. pot. Blend door or the parking brake mech. Like Steve mentioned.

HAHA. True, she did fix it. We had to take a quick trip in it and I changed the heater core .... I just couldnt remember where that went before I took the dash off. At first I thought it went under the dash..... I was somewhat mad at first. now I have to change the radiator.... hopefully thats an easy job. Then air springs.

Wow, that seems like allot for a 1999. I still have all those from the factory.
