Question 97 sunfire drums

I have a 97 sunfire but can go in general I had to replace a stud on my sunfire and ended up damaging the drum so I am going to replace it. My question is should I replace the other side also or don't I have to worry about it? also should I put anti seize on the stud when I replace it or just put it in as it comes
