'97 Tail Light Problem
Recently I have been sideswiped in the back by a hit and runner, but the only damage was some scratch marks that I was able to buff out and the plastic lens on the tail light of the drivers side was busted out. As far as the lamp working, all lights still come on, reverse, blinker, night running lights and brake lights. The only problem is that the clear plastic cover over these lights is broken and shattered. Is there a way that I can maybe get one out of a junk yard or that a waste of a time. Id hate to have to go buy a brand new assembly just for a shattered piece of plastic. Any ideas?

Re: '97 Tail Light Problem
You can get an entire taillamp assembly from a junk yard for about $20. They are all the same from 97-03, so don't bother trying to replace just the lens.
