car keeps fouling out spark plugs timing belt making clickiing noise
well my spark plugs keep fouling out and where the timing belt is i here a clicking noise like a bolt is stuck every time i start it.. but know its not starting.

It normally means getting to much carbon on them so they don't conduct electricity properly and therefore don't fire.
