2001 alero problems

My girlfriend has a 2001 3.4L alero. She's been having the crank, no start problem since november. So far its been to 3 different garages, the first one changed the fuel pump, then the oil pressure switch and ignition switch, finally it was taken to gm and they checked the pcm, it's good and they said that the problem was just corroded fuses. But it's still doing it. It's currently sitting in the parking lot of the appartment, not starting. I had a look at it today and when you turn the key to on the check engine light comes on for a second then goes out and stays out, there is no power at the pcm fuse under the hood. Everything else is getting power. This car is turning into a nightmare. Looking for some suggestions so she can get her car running and I can get my truck back. Thanks
