Question 2002 windstar loosing oil

I Have a 2002 windstar and I,m having to add a quart of oil every 10 days, it smokes a little when I first start it up. I have a couple of days left on my extended warranty. Is this someting that can be repaired under my warranty ?

Re: 2002 windstar loosing oil

I would get in in right away.....I would think that it would be covered under a normal powertrain warranty.
You can tell from reading on this forum.......this is NOT normal.
My '96 3.8L with over 193K miles does not need any oil at all added between oil changes.
