s-10 blazer flashing relay
my clashing signal noise won't turn off, somebody told me to replace the flashing relay, I don't know the location I looked under the steeering wheel but I can't seeem to find it. Do I need to remove screws under steeering wheel to find the relay? Could something else be causing the problem
