3.1- It will turn over but won't start. It has good fuel pressure. No engine codes. Will fire if I put fuel in a spark plug hole. I changed crank sensor and that did not help. Any sugestions? Thanks

Re: 90 lumnia won't start
Injectors aren't opening...fuel pressure is too low or bad ground on injector harness, etc...
Did you get a reading on fuel pressure, or just open the service valve and get sprayed?

Re: 90 lumnia won't start
disconnect 6-wire plug from ign. mod. try to start. If it starts, need another ECM.
This means that the eng. is running on basics, putr driving inj. only. Just went thru this W/'91 3.1. This test isn't in the GM service manual either. What this does is to take the ECM out of control of the ignition system so that you can tell whether it will run or not.
