94 Grand Cherokee Limited, no start problem

Ok guys, hope someone can help me with this one.. I have a '94 Grand Cherokee Limited with the 4.0L in it. Now in just over 2 weeks I've replaced the Crank Position Sencor, Coil, Fuel Pump and had the Factory Security System disabled. Now the problem is when the vehicle is cold I get no spark from the coil, I can crank some times for over a hour before it'll fire. Runs fine after started. Will even restart if I don't let it sit for more than 30 min... What can this be, it's my Daily Driver so I really need to fix it but I'm at a lose. Please someone help me on this.?.?.?.

Well I found out that if I put a hair dryer on the ECM for about 15 min I can get the Jeep to start..
