Handsfree carkit solution

I bet you all heard of the new law in California, it will start in July this year. I think it is better to have a handsfree carkit installed in my car. Does anyone have a good recommendation? I checked few products by ViseeO, what is FM transmitter? how does it work with MP3? can all mobile phones work with handsfree car kit? What other brands are also popular on the market?

I searched ViseeO. I think you are talking about Ck390 right? The kit can grab MP3 music in your phone and play it through car radio. Handsfree car kit is very populor in Europe, basically it pairs with your mobile phone through Bluetooth. When a phone call comes in, you answer it without taking your mobile phone out of your pocket.
