HU Install Problem
I have a 93 escort, just put in my HU the other day. How can I make it a tight fit since there is no dash kit for it, it just slides in and is supposed to stay there. I am afraid that once my subs are in that is going to vibrate to much putting out another laser or something, and same thing with hitting some smaller bumps.

Re: HU Install Problem
Ask the guys at best buy or something you might be missing a mounting bracket or brace. My Sony had a sheath that you can't see after it clicked it but was loose without it.

Re: HU Install Problem
Every HU that I have installed has been bolted in with a dash kit, Never dealt with an ISO mount so i could be wrong about thinking its in wrong, but I can pull it out easily, and the back of it sinks down when it is in all the way. Is there any way to actually secure it to the dash mount? I asked bestbuy about a dash kit or any brackets, and also asked the people at audio playground before i bought it, and both said nothing is needed since its an iso mount.
