Angry 1989 olds touring sedan some times wont start

This car is driving me nuts .I put a reman.engine and had tranny rebuilt, replaced every sensor and put a new fuel pump in. My car only seems to want to start when i put the ignition to the on position 2-3 times then it will start.Took it to the dealers and had it there for a month and every day it was there it started right up.Also if i dont prime the ignition like i do it takes a lot of cranking to get it started. A couple times it left me stranded.I changed the crank and cam sensor, tps senser fuel pump relay, oil pressure switch. Another thing is that once i get it started i can turn it off and on all day as if there were no problems. Its just when it sits for a while. Please help i have put a lot of money in this car and its the only problem im having. Thank you!!!!!!

Welcome to AF, get a scannner on it cold and check the coolant temp sensor readings, also get a FP gage on it and see if the pump primes. Change the fuel filter also.
