heater doesnt blow heat when idling

hey

my wife has a 06 impala lt and when the car is idling the heater doesnt blow heat, but once you start driving again it blows heat.

any ideas on what the problem is?

any help would be greatly appreciated

first of all Maine is not a part of Canada!!!!!!!!!!!because you did not give any other info I would say your thermostat is ka put..........

it doesnt give a option for a province in canada,and you have to put sumtin there so you can sign up.

and why does that even matter?????????????????

Canada or USA doesn't matter to me....Check your coolant level, change the thermostat......
