Talking 2004 Chevy Blazer keyless entry

On my Balzer when I lock the doors the "security" indicator on the dashboard is lighting up, and when it is unlocked it is just blinking. Is this an indicator that my Blazer came equiped with teh keyless entry, and I can just buy the remote key and program it? It is a 2 door and 2 weel drive. If this is og any help.

It means for sure you have a factory vehicle anti theft system and the security light is working as it should. I don't remember the factory option code, but I would bet you have a keyless entry system on it. You need to look the code up(its on this forum) and find the code on the option code sticker, located inside the truck.

Thank you! Where inside the truck can I find the code? Will it be inside the driver's door where you can find the VIN#? I read somewhere about this code, but I never got around looking for it on my truck.
