Which amp, mono/multi

Im just getting into this car audio stuff, and I dont know too much right now.

I have two 15 inch audiobahn subs, in one box. Theres two sets of +,- plug things on the back. Would I need a mono, or multi amp?

Yeah, good idea to go with the mono. Especially if it can handle a 1.3 ohm load because then you can wire your subs in parallel and get the highest possible wattage.
