air deflector z71 is it this?

hi I need to buy air deflector for my suburban 2005 z71 but i dint know is this parts OK --becouse I don't speak english very well , www.rockauto.com part number GM1092186 , like this parts for example http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail...eadExists=true
it is gray panel with fog lamp? lower of bumper ?
