1994 grand marquis electrical

I have a 1994 mercury grand marquis and am having some electrical problems. I have no radio or interior lights , no cruise. when i open the door and start the enginge my door lights and overhead lights flash, i can hear a clicking sound like when you turn on the flashers. and the loghts blink on and off like the flashers. can any one help me please

As far as the radio, you might check fuse 4 and fuse 16. Should be in the instrument panel fuse box. Not only look at the fuse to see if it is ok, but remove the fuse, see if there is voltage at one of the fuse terminals. Fuse 4 one of the terminals should be hot all the time. On fuse 16, one of the terminals should go hot when you turn on the key. Let us know what you find.

You can also go to, ( the12volt.com ) scroll down the page, find your make, click on the link, scroll down through there till you find your model and year, toward the right side there should be stereo link. It will give the wiring colors to the stereo and their purpose. I should have just posted the link, but, I don't have it in front of me.

THANK YOU, everything works fine. the only problem i still have now is the marker lights and the dome light flash for about 5 minutes when i start the car up.
