Corvette Engine Covers

Ok, i have a 2002 with a 4.8 in it, i know all these engines are LS based engines, and small block dimensions dont change from engine to engine, its all the difference inside, so with that being said, would the corvette black and red covers that go on both sides of the engine fit on these engines? i think it would look cool and i figured they might cause they are all LS based engines.
