high idle

i just got done putting my vr4 motor in.i started it up,everything was fine byside my idle.the idle sits at 2000rpm and wont go down..im not to sure wats going on..everything is hook up and plug up..any ideas in mind???

vacuum leak.. or maybe you need a new IAC.. Just a guess..\

- Pressure test for vacuum/boost leaks.

- Make sure the BISS is in the TB and properly adjusted.

- Make sure the throttle cable isn't tightened down where it's holding the throttle open a little.

- I haven't seen an IAC hold the throttle open, usually does the opposite and causes a stall condition, but I guess its possible.
