1995GMC s15 jimmy, 4.3vortex 211000mi 4x4. my emissions sticker states c.a.r.b. california emissions ob2. I need a cat convertor so my question is can I put a federal emis. cat or does it have to be cali certified. I live 3000mi in mass. Any adive is very appreciated
