aiming my headlights
how do i adjust the headlights in my 98 CVPI, can't get 4mm socket and rachet to it, too tight

You need to purchase the wrench to adjust them. They make one that is about a foot long and gives plenty of room to work the adjuster.

Tool trucks, auto parts houses, Snap-On, Mac, Matco, Lisle, Stanley. Just ask for Ford headlight adjusting wrench. Prices will vary by manufacturer. Somewhere around 15 to 30$
