89 camaro small throttle problem
I have a ce 89 camaro it starts up nice.but when i push on gas it dies out.I think its something to do with right under the accelortor cable on the side of the carb.

I have a 89 camaro v8 stick shift I just got the timming done and a new starter. It starts up like a champ ,but when I give it gas it dies out. I think it might be a cable under the acelerrator cable on the carb.

The cable under the accelerator cable would normally be either creuise control or for the trans on a auto.
What timing are we talking about here? (ign. or valve)
