tail lite not working

Hi, I have a 1995 Chevy Camaro 3.4 / V6. The socket holding the tail light was full of crud when I tried changing the bulb. Unfortunately, I didn't clean the electrical socket properly and the rest of the lights on the assembly (driver-side rear) stopped working as well; I may have shorted the circuit...is this easy to fix? Any ideas appreciated !

Re: tail lite not working

Check the wiring and make sure you didn't break a connection somewhere.

Re: tail lite not working

thanks for the reply...apparently, brand new lite-bulbs helped as well as correct lite bulbs (camaro 95 rear lights has 3 types of bulbs: peanut/161 bulbs, 2-filament bulbs/2057, and single-filament bulbs/1141)

thanks again!
