Take 2005 dash apart.

I just purchased a used '05 AWD LT, and the previous owner seemed to like rolling the windows up and down a lot. The actual buttons are fine, but the chipped and missing paint is ugly as hell. Anyone know how i can get that part of the dash apart to repaint it?

That part of the dash actually just snaps off, it has clips that hold it in place. I found it helpfull to start from the bottom (the window controls side) and pry it off. The whole piece from the window controls to the top where it says "Equinox" is one piece and will come off.
