whould this code make my car not start one the first time, wont start on the first time but will on second time idles rough till it warms up replaced the maf did fix it, bmw replace the fuel pump and sending unit didnt fix it, old one was still good just wanted some of my money i suppose, what could be the problem 99 323i m52 motor any help would be great

ok had a cut in the hose that goes to the icv and cleaned and repaired hose still doesnt start correctly any ideas? thortle position sensor maybe
