2003 Corolla Spark Plug Torque Specs

I have 80K on my 03 corolla S, and I am getting ready to change the plugs. I have had the car since Oct, 2002. They are the original plugs.

I purchased NGK 4996 Iridium Plugs.

I read on this forum that some people say to torque the new plugs to 13 ft. lbs and some people say 18 ft lbs.

Which is it?

Please help, thanks a lot!!

12 - 13 ft pounds max. put anti-sieze on plug threds before you install.
