Welcome to AF
What year and engine?
Does head lights and horn and heater blower motor work good.
Good battery and battery cables clean and tight?
Some have a starter relay.
Have you checked both fuse boxes for good 12 volts to all fuses?

Re: g-20 won't start

I would also advise pulling the engine cover; then pulling off a sparkplug wire and checking for actual spark when you crank the engine over. I do it by putting a 'test' spark plug into the end of the loose plug wire. My test spark plug has the side electrode pried up so the spark has to jump at least 1/4".
It could be a bad neutral safety switch, or where the linkage has worn so its out of adjustment. On my 87 G20 with the automatic tranny that switch lives outside & underneath, and is subject to lots of salt/slush spray in the winters.
To pull the engine cover: I always remove the passenger seat, then the console cover, finally the engine cover. After doing it a couple of times it gets to be easy. And that way you will be able to reach the rear most spark plugs easily.
When I bought my 87 G20 I began looking for replacement electronics and sensors for all things related to the engine running. I got most of them from ebay, some from salvage yards, and they were cheap. I swapped them with the originals one at a time to make sure they worked, and now I carry them in the van everywhere, along with my tools.

Re: g-20 won't start

First guess would be a bad starter solenoid.
