short throw shifters

I hav looked on summit racing and they have a short throw shifter that i wana buy it says that it will fit a t56 tranny is the t56 tranny not a 6-speed tranny bcuz if so i cant get it bcuz mine is a 5-speed!

is a short throw shifter a good choice??

You must have a V6 camaro huh? The t56 is the 6 speed tranny they put in the z28 camaros. Sorry Man. I dont know if they make a short throw for the V6. They are nice if you can find one. Good luck.

If you have not found a shifter for your camaro I can help you. I have a short throw in my v6 camaro and I love it. The only one I found out there was a B&M short throw for the T5 transmission. Below is a link just look for the one for the camaro T5 transmission
